Krishanmurti rejected all traditional paths which includes routin spiritual methods and practices.
Krishanmurti ji explain that how we can understand ourself by questioning and self enquiry and emphasises the role of observation.
There are various meditation techniques, prayers and other methods used in different religion, but Krishnamurti offers a separate way
