Effect levels will forever be the best man. This is a short but amazing effect level made by the one and only, ILRELL! It's a bit old but still holds up so well. It has lots of amazing visuals and ideas, especially at the wave, I absolutely love how the sawblades are designed there and how they move, as well as the awesome background and colors! They all work so well with the basslines of the song, which creates a sense of cohesion between both the level and the music, and you all know how much I admire good music representation. The spider part at 0:32 was also super fantastic! I quite love how it's shaped and designed, the digital vibe it gives off is so lovely! The lines and usage of blue and red was super awesome. Another effect I like in this level is the drum background at 0:09, I quite like how it starts playing as soon as this part of the buildup arrives. And while I do love the visuals here so much, I can't say the same for the gameplay since it was extremely inconsistent and unclear. The beginning had some annoying small taps, and the cube at 0:39 had a random but very precise jump that people can easily spend a lot of time dying at it, the spider section was also quite hard to play due to how confusing and input'y it can get.

Overall, HARDLINE is still one of my favorite effect levels I've ever seen! It's a shame that it was this short, but I loved its visuals quite a lot! This guy never misses and will always be among the best creators this game has ever seen.
