Can I get my Barn Find GPZ900R actually running right?

Before I completely strip the bike down and subsequently the engine, I want to make sure I get it running right. I know that sounds weird, but I need to make sure the carburettors are set up correctly before putting them on a newly reconditioned engine, as if they're wrong then they can damage the engine, and I'd rather that happened on a broken engine anyway!

So in this video you'll see me get the engine running on all 4 cylinders with a little bit of smoke to start with. I tweek the idle adjuster and carburettors and then sort the coil packs out... presto, it seems to be running nicely... or is it?
