TSC sets new qualifications for teacher

Primary and secondary schools head teachers face mass transfers in a new directive that forbids them from working in their counties of origin. Primary school heads will also be required to have a university degree while those in high schools must have a master’s degree in the latest bid to professionalise the management of institutions.
