Seeing the wastes:
The officials at Google Maps decided without asking their customers – me – what I really wanted from them. That decision created a lot of waste for me and that’s disrespectful.

Assessment
1 – A LOT of people complained on the internet about not being able to find a method to permanently turn off the 3D mode on Google Maps on Windows 10 computers using Google Chrome.
2 – I figured out how to do it and decided to show others how I did it.
