Using a bellows can keep the chute pretty clean, but if you don't use one, stale coffee will build up between the exit chamber and declumping blade of the grinder. In this video, I first of all show why I use a bellows, and exhibit how to disassemble and clean the chute on your Eureka Mignon Specialita.
