The best low carb and high protein cheese cake. Easy to make. Full recipe:
BASE:
Mix 150g of protein with 50g hemp hearts in 1st bowl. In the 2nd bowl add 100g of butter and mash it. Add 1 egg and mix it. Combine both bowls together. Place it on a baking sheet. Put into the over for 15 minutes at 390F (200C).
CREAM:
Mash 1kg of Cottage Cheese and add 300g of 10% Cream. Add 4 egg yolks and 6 tablespoons spoons of honey. Mix well.
Place cream mixture on top of the base and bake for 3 hours at 230F (110c). Let it cool. Serve with fruits on top.
