SwiftUI tutorial: How to navigate programmatically like a pro with NavigationView - iPhone and iPad

In this tutorial, I want to show you how navigation works in SwiftUI. First I will demonstrate the state driven design that you can see in TabView, NavigationView, Navigation link and presentation views like popover, sheets, and fullScreenCover. Then you will learn how to use the state to navigate programmatically.
Last, I want to discuss how to make you views more reusable. In particular how we change the navigation for the iPhone and iPad architecture.
