How to Fix Windows 7 App Crash?

User Guide to Fix Error Manually:-

1. Scan for Virus and Restore Original Versions of Infected System Files
2. Exclude Concerning Application from DEP and Firewall Protection
3. Repair App Configurations
4. Uninstall Recent Updates

Scanning System for Virus:-

1. Download a powerful antivirus software and update virus database.
2. Start full system scan- for all drives of your hard disk and external devices as well.
3. Remove infected files, if any.

Restore Original Versions of Infected System Files:-

1. Insert Windows 7 installation media.
2. Click the Start button, select All Programs | Accessories | Run.
3. Type the following command: Sfc /scannow
4. Click OK button.

Excluding App from DEP:

1. Right click the My Computer desktop icon.
2. Select Properties.
3. Click Advanced System Settings | Advanced tab.
4. Click Settings button under Performance category.
5. Click the Data Execution Prevention tab.
6. Select the following option:
Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select
7. You need to add concerning application to the list box of excluded programs. Click the Add button, locate the .exe file of the concerning application.
8. Click OK twice.

Excluding App from Firewall Protection:

Click the Start | Control Panel.
Click System and Security | Allow an app through Windows Firewall (Under Windows Firewall category).
A list box appears with excluded apps list. Click Change Settings button.
Click "Allow Another App" button, locate the .exe file of the concerning app and then click OK | Close.

Repair App Configurations:

1. Download RegInOut System Utilities.
2. Install and run the said application program.
3. Start full Registry scan and fix all errors detected in your machine.

Uninstall Recent Updates:

Click the Start button, select Control Panel.
Click Programs | View Installed Updates (Under Programs and Features category).
A list of all updates would appear. Right click and select "Uninstall" option for all recently installed updates.
Reboot Microsoft Windows.
