The Flesh Abomination is the second Main Boss and is a Flesh Colossus type enemy with 3 million Hitpoints.
Mechanics:
Cleave - Flesh Colossi Light attacks can be mitigated by Blocking by will always set the target off balance (the Tank) and act in a conal shape. If possible, try to dodge roll or stay away from the Flesh Abomination as not to become immobile from his attacks.
Necrotic Hoarvors - 2 Necrotic Hoarvors will assist the Flesh Abomination in the beginning of the fight, and act the same as the other Necrotic Hoarvors encountered previously. The Hoarvors will respawn after some time when killed. The Tank should kite the Flesh Abomination and Necrotic Hoarvors in a circle around the room to avoid the Cleave and Poison AoEs. The Hoarvors will die quickly is focused or die from AoEs and DoTs during the fight; when killed, the Tank doesn't need to kite the Abomination as much and AoEs will become more effective, but be aware that the Hoarvors will respawn. The rest of the Group needs to stay out of the kiting path or risk being killed.
Ground Impulse (0:35) - After some time fighting, the Abomination will stop where he is and dig his hand into the ground. A large AoE will appear on every Player and explode after a few seconds, throwing the Players up into the air.
If a Player overlaps this AoE over another, it will instantly kill them. Players should run away from each other when they see the Abomination begin to bury his arms. For newer groups, assigning 4 corners of the room to run to for this Mechanic can help, and being aware of the positions of the other Group members.

"The Abomination doesn't know his own strength!"
Toxic Ring (0:41) - After the Players fall back down from the Ground Impulse, a Player at random will be trapped in a Toxic Ring that spawns Zombies. The Zombies typically automatically attack whoever is in the Ring, but can run off to someone else. The Zombies should be killed if they become great in numbers, otherwise they can be ignored.
Ranged DDs and Healers can stay in the Ring. The Tank and Melee DDs can dodge roll through the Ring and escape it. Although if the dodge roll is misplaced, the Player (if not a Tank) will be instantly killed from the Ring.
Also during the Toxic Ring phase, poison AoEs will appear beneath Players and explode after a few seconds, which stuns any Players caught in it. To avoid this, shuffle outside of the AoE when it spawns.
Explosive Hoarvors (1:09) - After some time, the Abomination will begin doing his standard attacks again and the Toxic Ring will disappear. Soon after, he will run to the center of the room and summon 4 Necrotic Hoarvors that erratically around the room and explode when the Abomination slams his arms onto the ground. This functions similar to the Ground Impulse, except the AoE explosion is attached to the Necrotic Hoarvors rather than the Players. This essentially resets the room and the Abomination will restart his Mechanic rotation.
Strategy:
The Tank kites the Flesh Abomination and Necrotic Hoarvors in a circle around the room. The rest of the Group should move avoid the Poison AoEs and the Abomination's conal Cleave attacks, while damaging the Abomination. If the Hoarvors are killed, the Tank can hold the Abomination in place more, but should resume kiting once the Hoarvors respawn. Eventually, the Abomination will slam his hands into the ground (Ground Impulse) and attach an AoE to every Player. The Players should move away from each other or, if the AoE overlaps another Player, the 2 Players will die. A Toxic Ring will be placed on a random Player and they will be stunned briefly. The rest of the group should focus the Abomination while the Player trapped in the ring should perform their respective job and be killing Zombies. The Player in the Ring may attempt to dodge roll out of the ring, but risk death if they lack stamina or if the dodge roll isn't timed properly. Necrotic Hoarvors left alive from the initial phase of the fight will become Silenced and do nothing. After some time, the Abomination will stand back up and resume his normal Cleave rotation, and the Toxic Ring will disappear, but already spawned Zombies will persist. Eventually, the Abomination will run to the center of the room and summon 4 Necrotic Hoarvors with AoEs attached to them. The Hoarvors will move around randomly and, when the Abomination slams the ground, will explode. A Player can survive one explosion but will guarantee be killed if two or more overlap. After this, the Abomination will start his mechanic rotation from the beginning. Repeat this until the Abomination is killed.
