Respected sir,

Due to the ongoing Corona pandemic and the daily exponential rise in cases, we students are not willing to give exams in the month of September.


Many students are not in vicinity of exam centres and don't even have feasible travel options. There is a high risk of contacting the virus while travelling by public transport. Moreover, there would be a huge gathering of people outside the exam centres which would mean zero social distancing and health of people will be compromised. Also, students who are currently in quarantine or are COVID positive will not get a chance to appear the exams resulting in hampering of their future.
Appearing for exams in such situations, while wearing a mask or a PPE kit is entirely new for us and as I wear spectacles, it would cause condensation of air on them resulting in repeated hazing of vision, perhaps every minute or so, which in turn would cause disturbance of attention towards the examination. Also, students would be afraid of the persisting situations and would not be able to concentrate on the examination. Moreover, as we all know there is a biometric scanner to validate the identity of the exam candidate, that would also cause transmission of the virus from infected person to healthy person. Moreover, the invigilators, if corona positive, would pass on the virus to students.

Therefore, we students humbly request you to postpone the examination till normalcy in conditions return which would give a fair chance to all students. We would be forever grateful to you if you take students' and their families' health into consideration and do the needful.
