• Gratuity extended to fixed-term employees, without the 5-year rule
• Earned leave to be standardised, as per rules and state laws
• Flexible work schedules allowed, capped at 48 hours per week
• Overtime to be paid at higher rates (commonly 2×)
• Full & final settlements to be completed within prescribed timelines
• Salaries must be paid on time, as per wage laws

These reforms signal a move towards greater transparency, worker protection, and operational clarity — but their actual impact depends on state notifications and employer policies.
