method:

1...cast on 52 stitches in the needle

2...k2,p2,k2,p2....15 rows (one and half" ) border length

3...after the border increases 4 stitches in one row(wrong side) purl wise =56 stitches total

4...one row knit wise

5...after that half half stitches(28,28) divided in two needless and fold the border

6...now use the other needle and put in all stitches in one needle,one stitch of back side,one stitch of front side... repeat and continue

7...now slip back side stitch..and purl front side stitch... repeat and continue

8...next row repeat and continue (fron stitch purl and back stitch slip)

9... purl 13" with border

10....after that 56 stitches divide in 3 needles

11... again knit 2,purl 2,k2,p2...15 rows for border

12... 16 th row..increase the stitches between knit 2 stitches ( p2,k1,yo,k1....p2,k1,yo,k1..)

13...17 th row..purl 2, knit 3, purl 2, knit 3... repeat and continue

14... repeat the 17th row..p2,k3, p2, k3..

15...cast of the stitches

16...you can use elastic or ribbon or lace insert the hole
