Описание к видео Triumph Spitfire 1500 - How To Change Cooling Water Pump GWP128 - Ethylene Glycol Coolant

In this video, we look at how to go about changing the fresh water pump P/N GWP128 on a classic British Triumph Spitfire 1500.

Coolant Ethylene Glycol

We first drain some of the coolant down from the radiator, remove the alternator and drive belt.
Then removing the water pump and thermostat cover.

We reinstall the new water pump and thermostat cover gasket, along with the alternator and drive belt.
Topping the coolant up to level when all is done.

We also had a slight leak on the thermostat cover after we fitted the new gasket.
We fixed this by adding some RTV silicone to the mating facing.
