Located within the 40-acre ChoZen Retreat in Florida’s Indian River Lagoon — the most biodiverse estuary system in North America — CCRL is more than a project. It’s a movement to protect Wild Florida, empower local communities, and activate development that aligns with the rhythms of nature.

From food forests and permaculture to partnerships with the Florida Wildlife Corridor, we’re creating a living model of regeneration in one of the most biodiverse regions in North America.
