With over 22 years of experience in the adaptive recreation industry, Tracy has made it her life’s mission to help others achieve their fullest potential. After graduating from East Carolina University, she began as an intern at the National Ability Center and quickly rose through the ranks, driven by her passion for making recreation inclusive and empowering. Today, as the Chief Programming and Education Officer of the NAC, Tracy leads with advocacy, inclusion, and a deep belief in the power of abilities.
