My first time baking in our Salamander woodburning range stove. I didn't set out to bake apple crumble this way but "everything happens for a reason"! Also a second attempt at applesauce using a different recipe/method. Both apple crumble and applesauce recipes came from Rachel Allen's 'Bake' cookbook.
