Sri Lanka is a developing Country. In most of the rural areas people are not changing in the new technology. Although new technology is used for some things they are doing their work in a traditional method. This bakery is also one of that. This is a place that serves delicious food a little outside the city. The Bakery owned by the young Man called him "Sudu Aiya" (සුදු අයියා). He knows the recipe for all kinds of food.
In this video "Sudu Aiya" the Baker has made Bread, Jam Bun, Vienna Rolls, Burger Buns, Coconut Cake and Sugar Dipped Rock Cookies.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාව සංවර්ධනය වෙමින් පවතින රටකි. බොහෝ ග්‍රාමීය ප්‍රදේශවල මිනිසුන් නව තාක්‍ෂණය තුළ වෙනස් වන්නේ අඩුවෙනි. සමහර දේවල්වලට නව තාක්ෂණය යොදා ගත්තත් ඒ අය සාම්ප්‍රදායික ක්‍රමයට තමයි වැඩ කරගෙන යන්නේ. මේ බේකරියත් එහෙම එකක්. මෙය නගරයෙන් ටිකක් පිටත රසවත්ව ආහාර සපයන ස්ථානයකි. තරුණකට අයත් බේකරිය ඔහුව හැඳින්වූයේ "සුදු අයියා" යනුවෙනි. ඔහු සියලු වර්ගවල ආහාර වට්ටෝරුව දනී. මෙම වීඩියෝවේ "සුදු අයියා" විසින් පාන්, ජෑම් බනිස්, වියානා රෝල්ස් (කිඹුලා බනිස්), බර්ගර් බනිස්, පොල් කේක් සහ සීනි ගල්වන ලද රොක් කුකීස් සාදා ඇත.
