This video was shot at the Race Street Pier in Philadelphia, PA, early Saturday morning, September 9th, 2023. The Ben Franklin Bridge is almost directly above the pier.
It probably would have been a good idea to practice flying over land before attempting to fly over the Delaware River on my first flight outside. There was a point where the drone was so far out, and I was having trouble bringing it back: there was significant wind. I know the drone has a return-to-home function, but I couldn't find it at the time (I was a little panicked). Eventually, I figured out how to get it back. I do have an extended warranty, which will replace the drone if it's lost in the water, but I'm glad I didn't have to do that this time.
This drone is a lot of fun to fly, and the video quality is a lot better than I expected, as the max resolution is 2.7k. I also used a DJI Action 2 camera for this video. It was edited and rendered in 4k with Techsmith Camtasia software.
