For most people, we all need to have a personal quiet time that we can use to think. For me, usually around 4-5 am is the best time to think because of the silence at that time. It can really calm the inner miserable me to have thoughts that digs in deeper, thoughts that connects my feeling and emotion.
During the day time, everyone is so busy with their schedule that we don't have time to stop, breathe and think, about what to do in life.
Hence, the title "5AM" came about!
