There are three popular night markets in Taiwan! Han-Xi Night Market was located at Taichung. It's full of local snacks. The first eyecatching was the hot-candied sweet potatoes. The vendor use the hot maltose to make the sweet potatoes more delicious! There still lots of special snacks such as scallion pancake rolls, fried spareribs, stir-fried instand noodles,fish surimi rolls, braised dishes and so on. Da-Qing Night Market was located at Taichung, too. You can find exotic foods inside. Jing-Cheng Night Market was located at Zhanghua. It is said to be the largest in this city. If you like to shop at the night market, you must have a look in middle Taiwan. How delicious they are!
