The central instrument of the Norway Band ist the "KRAR". It looks like a lyre that was played in Mesopotanian 3000 years ago. This traditional instrument is still spread in Ethiopia, Eritrea and Sudan (on the Nile River). The Norway Band mainly plays traditional music from Eritrea.
