How a ThyssenKrupp Flow is manufactured and installed

When I decided it was time to buy a stair lift it felt like that first step towards recovering freedom in my own home. I explored my options together with a consultant from ThyssenKrupp group and soon discovered that the flow stair lift would be perfect for me, this stair lift would be tailor-made so the expert measured our stairs very accurately to make sure every inch in every corner was right. I was really keen to know what it would be like to have my own stair lift but of course it had to be made fast. Luckily I didn't have to wait very long before it arrived. I was very glad to see that no building work was needed and even the handrail could stay where it was in the end. It only took a couple of hours and was done very professionally. Now it was time to try it out when the man showed me how to use it I was very surprised to see how easy it was. It was just what I needed to get me feeling happy about using the stairs again and that's not all only a few days later I received a phone call from ThyssenKrupp group they wanted to know if everything had gone alright and whether I was happy with my flow but I thought was very nice of them.
