Colombia - Drug lord turns himself in to police

The last fugitive leader of the world's largest cocaine cartel surrendered to police in Colombia on Sunday (1/9/) after years on the run and following months of sporadic negotiations between prosecutors and his lawyers. Helmer Herrera gave himself up near the southwest city of Cali.
