This week, let's explore the beautiful region of Asturias. It's a place that is rich in both culture and history. This is where I learned to properly pour a glass of cider (sidra), explored a holy cave that looked like it just popped out of a storybook, and walked on a centuries-old Roman bridge that led me to a breathtaking view of a quaint little town.
