Winters and Gajar ka Halwa is synonymous to us. Gajar ka halwa / Carrot halwa / Gajrela is loved by everyone and is made at every door in Indian family. So, to give it a bit twist, I have made an eggless cake with it which doesn't require an OTG or a microwave.

CUP MEASUREMENTS USED HERE:
1 Cup = 250 grams
1/2 Cup = 125 grams
1/4th Cup = 62.5 grams
2/3rd Cup = 160 grams (approximately)
