John Middleton made his final appearance after 20 years as Ashley Thomas who dies in the most heartbreaking scene. In his final scene, Ashley wake up in his sleep and saw Laurel. Ashley remember Laurel as his wife as they share a moment. Then, Laurel get Ashley an another pillow, she saw Ashley slowly passes away. A crying Laurel hug her husband's body in his bed.
