MEETHAIYAN

Ingredients:-

1) *COCONUT (NARIYAL) BARFI *
3/4 Cup full fat Milk ( Doodh)
2 Desiccated Coconut ( Nariyal ka burada)
1/2 Cup Milk Powder ( Doodh ka powder)
1/4tsp Cardamom Powder ( Elaichi Powder )
2tbsp Clarified Butter ( Ghee)
1/2Cup Powder sugar ( Peesi hui Chini)
3tbsp Milk mix with 2 pinch saffron ( Doodh aur kesar )
1/4tsp Saffron Colour ( kesari colour)
Almond for garnishing (Badam)(Optional )

2) MALAI PEDA
2/3 Cup (120gm) Milk Powder ( Doodh ka Powder)
3/4 Cup (150gm) Condensed Milk ( Gadha Paka hua doodh)
3tbsp of Milk mix with 2 pinch saffron ( Doodh aur kesar mix )
1 1/2 tbsp Clarified Butter ( Ghee)
1/4tsp Cardamom Powder ( Elaichi Powder)
Pistachios for garnishing (Pista) ( Optional)

3) GULKAND LADDOO
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut ( Nariyal ka burada )
1/4 Cup Condensed Milk ( Gadha paka hua doodh )
2 Pieces Betel Leaves ( Paan) or Green Food Colour
2tbsp Gulkand ( sweet preserve of rose petals)
1/4 Cup Desiccated Coconut ( Nariyal burada ) for Coating
2tbsp Grinded Mix Dry fruits (peesa hua mewa )
1tsp Fennel Seeds ( Sauf)
1/4 tsp Crushed Cardamom Seeds ( Elaichi Dana darera hua)
Cherry for garnishing ( Optional)
Ghee for greasing Hand

*NOTE:- * Use sweetened Condensed milk ( Meetha Gadha pakaya hua doodh)
