MUGEN AI Patch Release: Oni Inomura by Infinite

Hello everyone! Back to release an AI Patch for an Infinite character. I've tackled one of them before and I've always wanted to do another one. So I decided to go for his Oni Inomura. I really enjoyed what how Infinite handled him with his fun Combos and even a metered unblockable setup. Like with Blue Mary, all Combo Modes are supported with this AI Patch.

Pros:
- Good neutral. Oni has a lot of far reaching normals that serve as amazing pokes and has a lot of movement options at this disposal.
- Good combos. Even without chain combos, Oni has answers for pretty much any normal he connects. Said Combos do solid damage all around, even better with meter.
- Oni can be pretty scary with meter. Bloody mess serves as his best anti-air due to how large the hitbox is for such a fast move. Air Cutter is good punish/trade move since it comes out immediately after the super pause. Most of the time Oni will win a trade with this move due to the damage. If Oni doesn't want to trade however, he has his custom combo which for all of infinite's characters gives a lot of Iframes to work with.
- Something I noticed about Infinite's Characters is the "Tick Fix" has a lot of interesting properties. It gives ctrl during the end of certain states which makes some combos possible but most importantly. It gives them less hitstun on the ground (Includes Guarding).
Cons:
- Oddly enough, I'd call Air Combos Oni's weakest combo mode. This is mostly due to the fact that his jumps become a bit more limited as he loses the ability to super jump a short hop. But also because Oni's Launcher Combos are very inconsistent and BARELY work.
- Lacking in a meterless reversal and heck he doesn't even have an EX reversal. Not a huge issue for Oni however as his dodges are so good that this is basically a non-issue for him.
