Here is the locations of all the jewels in the non-linked games.

(0:00) Square Jewel - At Spool Swamp in the Winter time. Bomb a crackable wall that was previously blocked a tree. You can either use Moosh or a shovel to get through the snow.
(0:12) Triangle Jewel - Right next to Dancing Dragon Dungeon. Swim in the top right corner of the water and follow the underwater path to the jewel.
(0:32) X Jewel - On the beach coast near Hero's Cave. Light up the torch and cross the bridge. Bring back the moldorm through a Mystery Seed and kill it for the chest to appear.
(0:54) Round Jewel - Off shore near where you find Ricky. Follow that screen down until you find a pair of stairs leading to water. Swim across the water to find a tree home which has the jewel in it. (Note: you cannot get this jewel until you beat Level 5.)
