The workout is as follows.

Do the entire workout once at least 2 times per week. Make sure to include a 30-second break between the exercises and the exercises in this tennis ball boxing workout are the following:

➡️ Two-handed bounces (3 minutes)
➡️ Left-handed bounces (2 minutes)
➡️ Right-handed bounces (2 minutes)
➡️ Ball catches (3 minutes)
➡️ Speed catches (2 minutes)
➡️ Bounce-on-wall catches (3 minutes)
➡️ Pushup touches (15 - 25 reps)
➡️ Situp catches (25 - 30 reps)
➡️ Tip-toes (3 minutes)
➡️ Bounce catches (3 minutes)
