First Time Ever changing the rear tire on my Verge TS Pro. After more than 5,600 miles, the Pirelli was completely done, and I finally had the chance to see how a tire change works on this bike. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect — a hubless wheel, carbon fiber rim, and the donut motor make it very different from a normal motorcycle.
At English Electric Motor Co. in the UK, we went through it step by step. First, the swing arm comes off, which feels insane to hold in your hands. Then the rim itself, surprisingly light because it’s carbon, and finally exposing the donut motor. From there, it’s just a careful tire swap — no machines, just patience, and the right torque values to put it all back together.
What surprised me most is how modular the design is. Verge really built this so you can access everything without touching the electrics. It looks complicated, but in the end, it’s only a few bolts. The only scary part is making sure you don’t damage the carbon rim.
For me, it was exciting to be involved in the process, to really see the inside of this futuristic bike. It’s the first time I’ve ever changed a tire on the Verge TS Pro, and I think for many of you it will also be the first time seeing how it’s done.

Now I’ve got fresh rubber, the bike feels brand new again, and I’m ready to keep going.
