Bungee Wakesurfing at 45.5mph on a Skimboard with World Champion Skimboarder Austin Keen

Marco Thompson gave me the idea to replace the tow rope with a giant Bungee. Coincidentally, I had one in my garage. It resulted in an explosive whip in with my top speed tracked at 45.5 mph! My average speed at my fastest point was about 40mph.

You can buy the Bungee here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01... - but be advised that I added 150ft of rope with a buoy seperating the rope and bungee. Also it is VERY IMPORTANT that you attache the bungee to the deck bar so that the bungee is at water level and is slowed down by the water when you let go so it does not snap back into the people in the boat.
