FALCON®️ HYDRAULIC FITTINGS uses multi-spindle lathes and sliding head CNCs to combine efficiency in cost containment and flexibility in responding promptly to market needs. For this purpose, we also carry out the bending of the fittings and their assembly internally. The reliability of the product is guaranteed by quality control processes, along the entire production cycle, adhering to UNI ISO 9001: 2015, and by the use of steel in class 3 according to UNI EN 10277: 2008. The entire product range is regularly tested and certified by major hose manufacturers. Our research and development laboratory allows us to perform burst tests and impulse tests according to the UNI EN ISO 6803: 1999 standard, supporting the constant innovation and improvement of the product that distinguishes us.

FALCON®️ PU TUBES are made from high-quality ester-based resin and have a hardness specification of 95A~98A durometer. Ester PU tubing has outstanding characteristics when compared with other pneumatic tubing. We use 100% virgin raw material supplied to us by world-renowned company BAYER. Our factory supplies all kinds of PU tubes, coil tubes for the pneumatic automation industry, air tools, air compressor components, and cool water pipe systems. Ester-based polyurethane tubing can be used with push-in fittings; compression fittings; quick-fit fittings and push-to-connect fittings.
