Solved: Blackberry Z3 stuck on finalizing device setup WiFi screen/Showing exclamation mark

I have solution for you guys.
1. If it get to finalizing device setup screen and the phone asks for network connection and wi-fi connection, already connected to a wi-fi and network connection but nothing happens just stay like you are not connected.
2. Alternatively this solution could also solve all blackberry showing exclamation mark
