1) VADA PAV -
The classic Mumbai street food favourite has been given a buttery cheesy garlicky twist in Ahmedabad.

2) SURTI EGG GHOTALA
RK Egg eatery is a iconic place, it serves some amazing egg dishes.
One such is surti egg ghotala that has three layers.
The gravy is made using onion, garlic, tomatoes and grated boiled eggs.
It's topped with a classic fried egg and garnished with a spicy fried onions and coriander.
It's served with butter pav, capsicum coriander chutney and tomato salad.
The dish is absolutely delicious with a fabulous flavour of garam masala and garlic.

3) PALAK PANEER PUFF -
This is a take on a classic puff thats gets an additional filling of cheese, mayonnaise, mustard sauce, onion, tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies and coriander.
It's all about iits flakey texture and freshness of the veggies.

4) ITALIAN PIZZA -
This is a street side pizza made using simple ingredients but skillful techniques.
The base, pizza sauce is made fresh and the topping of grated processed cheese is not baked.

5) ROYAL CHEESE GARLIC PARATHA -
This is a huge heavy duty paratha made made with finely chopped veggies, cortege cheese and achari masala.
It's topped with cheese and butter and served with curd and pickle.

6) MATHO -
This is a traditional Ahmedabad dessert that's made with yogurt.
This is also made ice cream style that is a take on a traditional Italian gelato ice cream. I tried the Raj bhog matho and blue diamond bubble gum flavoured matho.
