A special moment backstage with Mandy Patinkin and the cast of Fiddler on the Roof in Yiddish

When 'Fiddler on the Roof' in Yiddish directed by Joel Grey had first opened a couple years ago, Mandy Patinkin, the Tony Award winning star of stage, screen and television, came to see the show. He spoke to the cast backstage at the end of the show and was completely choked up with emotion. I just rediscovered the video on my phone and had to share this incredible moment with one of the all-time greats!

I am SO proud and honored to be back in the show – and getting to play Yente the Matchmaker this time (as well as Bobe Tsaytl - aka: Grandma Tsaytl - who I played last time.)

FYI - The man in the light green shirt next to Mandy is Steven Skybell, who played Tevye then and is back playing him again! You don't want to miss him! He is the best of the best.
