This my third and final video of the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair. This fair started in 1945 centered on offering 4-H and FFA young people a chance to compete for awards in specific agricultural projects. Today the fair still honors that mission, but has expanded into the largest yearly event held in Montgomery County, Maryland, occupying 64 acres of land and involving 800 volunteers that make it all happen.

This video is part three of a three-part set of videos that I put together from more than 170 single videos I shot while at the fair. Although each video is presented as if it where one day at the fair, in reality I attended the fair over several days at different times, and videos shot on different days often ended up next to each other. My purpose was not to do a chronologically exact presentation of fair events, but rather to present a general description of the experience. This video features at the end the event featuring the Stoney Roberts Demolition Derby.

In order to avoid very long sections with copyrighted music, I have substituted the background music for some events with public domain music. In this video the background music playing during the 4-H Horse Show was substituted with “With You” by Everet Almond. The music playing during the chainsaw carving time-lapse video, “Happy Elves” by Audionautix, was also obtained from the Youtube audio library and is in the public domain.
