In a bid to enhance women's' safety, the Lucknow police has proposed to install smart cameras which read facial expression of women who are in distress. These artificial intelligence cameras will detect women in distress on the basis of facial expressions and will alert the patrol cops in the police control room.

The Lucknow police have said that these cameras will be installed at 200 crime hotspots in the city. These hotspots were chosen on the basis of the presence of women and girls in the area and the street crime complaints filed in these particular areas. Watch the video to know more!
