The one and only Celine Dion has returned to the stage singing live for the first time in 4 years. In this time Celine was diagnosed with a rare neurological disease called stiff person syndrome, a rare and incurable disorder that causes debilitating stiffness in the torso and limbs, along with painful muscle spasms

Celine Dion’s performance toward the end of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony was highly anticipated prior to the start of the Games, and now through perseverance she has finally been able to get back to where she belongs

So join me, as I react to Celine’s rendition of Edith Piaf’s “L’Hymne à l’amour”, giving my thoughts & feelings throughout.
