order work
1 Treat the fabric with water.
・Fill a tub with water, fold the fabric in a fan (zig-zag) shape, and soak it in water.
・Take it out of the water and dry it.
・Iron it while it's still damp and store it.
2 Print the pattern
3 Join the patterns with cellophane tape.
Cut along the seam allowance lines of the pattern.
4 Secure the pattern to the back side of the fabric with pins.
The parts to be processed are as follows.
■ Front Fabric
・Body
・Sleeves x 2
・Collar
・Loop
■ Lining
・Body
・Sleeves x 2

Also, secure the pattern for patchwork in the same way.
5 Secure the collar core to the pattern with pins.
Use thick materials such as canvas or duck fabric for the collar core.
If the length is insufficient, you may join it. When joining, overlap the fabric edges to avoid adding thickness.
If the thickness is insufficient, you may stack two collar cores of the same size.
6 Cut the fabric along the outer dotted line (seam allowance line).
For women's haori, make a 3mm slit at the base of the Miyatsu-guchi.
7 When using patchwork fabric,
remove the pattern only from the parts to be sewn from the body’s sleeve attachment and the sleeve’s sleeve attachment,
remove the pattern entirely from the patchwork fabric,
and sew them together with a 1cm seam allowance using straight stitching on a sewing machine.
Open the seams to the left and right with an iron.
Secure the pattern with pins back again.
8 Iron the fold lines at the hem of the front and back body on the outer fabric.
Fold and iron the hem of the front fabric in the direction of the valley-peak folds.
For women's haori, iron the fold lines at the Miyatsu-guchi of both the front and lining.
9 Iron the fold lines at the cuffs of the left and right sleeves of the front and lining.
For women's haori, also iron the fold lines at the Furi.
10 Fold the collar, with the side attached to the pattern on the inside, and set the seam allowance and the central fold line with an iron
11 Fold the loop string into four inner folds and secure it with an iron
12 Align the center back of the left and right body of the front fabric and lining, facing inside-out, and sew with a straight stitch on a sewing machine
13 Overlap the body and left and right sleeves of the front fabric and lining, facing inside-out, and sew the sleeve attachments with a sewing machine (straight stitch)
14 Sew the stitch line along the valley line of the front hem of the front fabric with a straight stitch on a sewing machine to fix the mountain fold line.
15 Overlap the front and back body of the front fabric and lining as follows.
・Left and right front hems
・Back hem
Pin them with a pattern pin and sew with a sewing machine (straight stitch)
16 Open the sleeves of the front fabric and lining, and fold the body along the shoulder slope and sleeve slope lines.
Align the front and back sides, and lift the seam allowance of the sleeve attachment end to prevent it from overlapping.
Sew the side seams of the left and right body together with the pattern (straight stitch on a sewing machine).
For women's haori, do not sew the Miyatsu-guchi.
17 Sew the lower parts of the sleeves and cuffs of the left and right sides of the front fabric and lining together (straight stitch on a sewing machine)
18 Sew the loop string along the fold line with a straight stitch on a sewing machine.
Cut it in half.
Fold the two strings in half to make a ribbon shape by turning one side inside, and sew the base.
19 Sew the loop string to the position of the loop on the front body's front side of the lining with a sewing machine (straight stitch).
Sew it on the seam allowance, towards the finished edge.
20 Remove all patterns from the body and sleeves of the front fabric and lining
21 Fold at the front hem and overlap the front fabric and lining with the outer sides facing out.
・For men's haori, sew the whole center back seam allowances
・For women's haori, sew only the lower half of the center back seam allowances
of the front fabric and lining together, anywhere between the seam allowance line and the finished edge.
22 Sew the side seam allowances of the body on the left and right sides of the front fabric and lining together.
23 Overlap the cuffs of the left and right sleeves of the front fabric and lining, facing inside-out, and sew along the fold lines with a straight stitch on a sewing machine.

Due to character limitations, I cannot include any more here, but this manual is included with the purchased pattern.
