Studies around 2018–2019 show something uncomfortable:
Yes, there is a housing shortage —
but not in DHA, not in high-end luxury sectors, not in premium plots.

The real shortage is for the lower 35% income class of Pakistan,
the people for whom we haven’t built even one serious, scalable housing solution.

Meanwhile:
1% of people hold 9% of the property in Pakistan
DHA Phase 6, 7, 8, 9, 10… thousands of plots are still empty, still being balloted

We keep selling “housing shortage” through expensive plots and files, not actual homes for the middle and lower-income segments

So where is the shortage?
👉 In marketing slides, it’s everywhere.
👉 On ground, it exists only for the class that can’t afford what we keep building.

We don’t have a shortage of plots.
We have a shortage of real housing for real people.
