This video has been shot in light to show product demos but you are supposed to use retinol only at night 🌠
Use it on clean, dry skin 🧘‍♀️
Use sunscreen the next morning 🔆
Use it 2x a week in the beginning and upgrade to 3x a week once your skin has adjusted to it ✅
Retinol is not pregnancy and lactation safe ‼️
Dont use other actives like AHAs/ BHAs with retinol and dont layer them in the same routine ‼️
Do the moisture sandwich method if using a retinol serum for the first few weeks or till your skin adjusts to the retinol 🙂‍↕️
Retinol is not scary so dont fall for random fear mongering but use it with caution 🧘‍♀️
If you’re younger than 25 you don’t need retinol 🫶unless your doctor has asked you to use it for acne or scar treatment
Tretinoin is not a starter retinol - avoid it UNLESS YOUR DOCTOR ASKS YOU TO USE IT!!! ‼️‼️
