Here is a little footage from last weekends BLCC event at the Aero-Kick Gym in Birmingham.
What I love most about it is how it captures the emotion and energy between the coaches in the corner and the fighters in the ring.
We are blessed to have some great gym's, Instructor's and fighters involved on the BLCC circuit and long may it continue.
