As we experience the continuing uncertainty of a world in constant motion, it is time to take an unashamedly hopeful look at leadership. Matters keeping us busy right now, such as the pandemic and the demands of climate change, are wide-ranging and complex.

Becoming an effective leader in an uncertain world means developing the ability to keep an eye on the emerging future. Managers must learn from the leading edge of the here and now within their organisation, networks, and industry to help them to engage with the path ahead.

Our panellists will be exploring how managers can practically achieve this on a day-to-basis from a complexity and leadership perspective. Expect a lively conversation as Bernd Vogel poses some challenging questions, such as: Are some common leadership habits past their sell-by date, or only suitable for niche situations? How can busy managers keep an eye on the emerging future?
