Ford Mondeo Mk3 Front Roll bar Poly Bushes (project st220)

Ford Mondeo Mk3 Front Roll bar Poly Bushes (project st220), so in the part of the flo-flex poly bush install on my mondeo mk3, I set about how to install the front anti roll bar bushes and replacing them but with upgrade poly bushes.

So I started as always by jacking up the car, removing the wheels, and the wheel arch liner to make for better access. These bushes are in place via 2x13mm bolts.

So i set about giving the 2x13mm bolts a good soak with some wd40 spray & allowing 15-20min to soak while i undone other parts of the car.

I hope you find this video easy to follow as some parts was not easy to film due to the lack of space involved.
