Corrections/clarifications:
1) Some time after the defeat of the Soviet Union and before 1990, GDI was formed within the UN Security Commission and was internally known by the name Special Operations Group Echo and/or Black Ops 09.
2)The First Tiberium War actually started in 2019/2020. 1995 was just the date that Tiberium arrived on Earth.
