REDAFONE Electric Mason Jar Vacuum Sealer,Rechargeable Jar Vacuum Sealer Kit for Regular & Wide Mouth Mason Jars, Food Saver Vacuum Sealer Machine for Canning with Lids and Labels

I've been using an ANOVA vacuum pump combined with FoodSaver mason jar adapters to seal Mason / Ball jars, which works well, but requires multiple pieces.

This single purpose kitchen appliance does exactly one thing. Vacuum seal Wide Mouth or Narrow Mouth Mason / Ball / Canning jars. It takes 20-30 seconds to seal a jar (depending upon how much air space remains in the jar).

You push the button to start the pump, and listen for the pump to stop making progress, then push the button again to turn it off. (It does not have a vacuum sensor to automatically stop, although it does have a 60 second timed turn-off feature.)

It pulls 14 inHg of vacuum. (My ANOVA unit automatically cuts off when it pulls 15 inHg.)

By default it will seal "normal" (narrow mouth) jars, but It has a small ring on the bottom the twists to unlock and pull off to seal wide mouth jars as well.

I ran it for 10 minutes continuously (pushing the button every minute) under no load and the digital display of power percentage dropped from 95% to 75%. Assuming you can seal 2-3 jars per minute of runtime (20-30 seconds) that is 20-30 jars sealed with 80% of the power remaining, so it can theoretically seal 100-150 jars before needing to re-charge [if you trust their power meter].

It charges via a USB-C port (works with USB-C PD, or the included USB-A to USB-C charging cable) at 5 volts and 0.5 amps, and takes about 30 minutes to bring the charge level from 75% to 95%. [So should fully re-charge in under three hours....again, if you trust their power meter to be accurate.]
