About Home is Possible:

The Nevada Housing Division has launched a new program to help homebuyers with money for down payments and/or closing costs. The "Home is Possible" grant program gives you up to 4% of the total loan amount to help finance a home purchase... none of which has to be paid back!

To qualify, all you need is a minimum credit score of 640 for government-backed loans or 680 for conventional loans. Qualifying income must be below $95,500 and the purchase price of the home must be below $400,000.

To qualify for a Home is Possible grant, you'll need to take a very simple homebuyers education course. We can set you up with a great loan officer who can guide you step-by-step through the entire process.
