Our design team in Rikon has done all it can to make our latest DUROMATIC® even more practical and more beautiful without fundamentally changing what is tried and tested. Thanks to the new hood on which you can read the most important cooking times, you will have everything under control. The design is now more modern, and the grips and handles sit even better in the hand.

Furthermore, cooking in the DUROMATIC® Classic Neo is as before faster, retaining valuable vitamins and nutrients, as well as energy-saving into the bargain.

FAST, HEALTHY AND SUSTAINABLE
Cooking in the DUROMATIC® is up to 70% faster in comparison with ordinary cookware, thereby exposing vitamins and nutrients to high temperatures for a significantly shorter duration. This way ingredients important for healthy eating are retained. The sieve insert in the bottom of the DUROMATIC® also helps to keep the foodstuffs out of the water, which intensifies this effect.

When cooking in the pressure cooker, for example, double the amount of vitamin C is retained* than when cooking in normal cookware. In addition, rapid cooking in the pressure cooker has an energy-saving of up to 70%.

COOK SO MUCH FASTER
By pressure-cooking in the DUROMATIC® foodstuffs are cooked through much faster than when cooking in ordinary cookware. If, for example, you usually have to cook carrots for 15 minutes, the DUROMATIC® only takes 4 minutes. On average you cook up to 70% quicker this way. That’s how easy pressure-cooking is.

COOK IN A SO MUCH MORE ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY WAY
By pressure-cooking in the DUROMATIC®, energy-consumption is much lower than when cooking in ordinary cookware. In comparison with cooking in ordinary cookware with a lid, the DUROMATIC® consumes 69% less energy. If one compares it with cooking in ordinary cookware without a lid, then the DUROMATIC® even uses 279% less energy. That’s how easy it is to spare the environment with a DUROMATIC®.

SO MUCH MORE VITAMIN C AND MINERALS RETAINED
The SQTS (Swiss Quality Testing Services) have investigated this with 100 g of mixed carrots. And Stiftung Warentest has measured the retention of minerals in green beans. Some of the valuable ingredients so important for our health were exposed to a high temperature for less time, they did not have time to break down. That’s how easy it is to eat healthier with a DUROMATIC®.

MANUFACTURED IN SWITZERLAND
We have been producing all DUROMATIC® pressure cookers at our Swiss site in Rikon since 1949. In so doing, we place the highest demands on the materials selected, the precision of the production process and the continual checking of the quality standard achieved. This is why our DUROMATIC®s are particularly durable and give long-lasting pleasure.

Should something on the product have to be replaced for once, that is also not a problem. The matching spare parts are quite simply available. Furthermore, for at least 15 years after one of our products is no longer being sold, we still keep the corresponding spare parts in stock. Beyond that, our repair service also always finds a good solution.
